Patient Admission & Discharge Process

Our goal is to make your stay at Shree Hospitals comfortable and your return home well-planned. This page explains what to expect at admission and at discharge.

Admission Process

At Shree Hospitals, we keep the admission process simple so that your treatment can begin without delay. Whether you are coming in for a planned procedure or an emergency, our front-office team will guide you at every step.

Types of Admission

  • Planned Admission: Following a consultation, your doctor will advise a date for admission. Please report to the Admission Desk at the scheduled time.
  • Emergency Admission: Our Emergency Department is operational 24/7. Patients requiring immediate care will be stabilized first, with formal admission paperwork handled by family members subsequently.
