She completed her MBBS in 1991 and her Diploma in Psychological Medicine (DPM) in 1995 from Grant Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. She further expanded her expertise by acquiring a Post Graduate Diploma in Employee Counseling (PGDEC) from TNMGRMU, along with specialized certifications in hypnotherapy and mind-body therapies.
Dr. Maheshwari serves as a Consultant Psychiatrist at CritiCare Asia Multispeciality Hospital (Andheri West) and directs her private practice, A Stress Management Clinic, in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West.
