Mental Health Care in Mumbai
Asking for help is not easy. Our psychiatrists and psychologists in Mumbai offer a calm, private space to talk about what you are going through, and practical treatment to help you feel more like yourself again.
24×7 Emergency Medical Care
Department Of Mental Health
Mental health conditions are common. They are medical conditions, not weaknesses, and they can be treated.
You do not need to have a name for what you feel. Many people come to us saying they cannot sleep, cannot focus, feel tired all the time, or simply do not feel like themselves. That is a good enough reason to see a psychiatrist in Mumbai.
Your first visit is a conversation. The psychiatrist listens, asks about your health, sleep, work and relationships, and checks whether anything physical might be contributing. Together you agree on a plan. It may include therapy, medicine, lifestyle changes, or a mix of these.
Our team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and counsellors. They work alongside our neurologists, physicians, gynaecologists and paediatricians, which helps when mental and physical health overlap.
What you share stays private. Your records are protected, and nothing is discussed with family or employers without your consent, except where the law requires it for your safety.

Comprehensive Range Of Mental Heath Tests & Therapies
Advanced. Accurate. Expert.
A diagnosis in psychiatry comes mainly from careful conversation. Tests support it, rule out physical causes, and help measure progress.

Your First Assessment
Expect around 45 to 60 minutes. The psychiatrist will ask about your symptoms, how long they have lasted, your sleep and appetite, family history and any medicines or substances you use. You can bring a family member if you wish.
Rating Scales & Questionnaires
Short, validated questionnaires measure the severity of depression, anxiety or OCD symptoms. Repeating them over time shows whether treatment is working.
Psychological Testing
Clinical psychologists use structured tests to understand personality, thinking style and emotional patterns. These are useful when the diagnosis is unclear or when planning therapy.
Memory & Cognitive Testing
What it checks: blood vessels and damage at the back of the eye, recorded as images.
When you need it: diabetic retinopathy, vein blockages, or planning laser and injection treatment.
Child & Adolescent Evaluation
Children are assessed through observation, play, parent interviews and school reports, along with ADHD, autism and learning assessments where needed.
Blood Tests & Brain Imaging
Thyroid problems, vitamin deficiencies, anaemia and some neurological conditions can look like depression or anxiety. When needed, blood tests, ECG or brain scans are arranged within the hospital.
