About Dr. Komal Pawar

Dr. Komal Pawar is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist specializing in comprehensive cardiovascular care, acute coronary syndromes, and structural heart interventions. She earned her MBBS from K.J. Somaiya Medical College and her MD in Internal Medicine, followed by a Diplomate of National Board (DrNB) in Cardiology from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. Her clinical focus covers coronary artery disease, heart failure management, hypertension, arrhythmias, non-invasive cardiac imaging, and preventive cardiology. Notably, Dr. Pawar served as a Senior Consultant managing high-acuity cardiovascular patients during the COVID-19 pandemic at the BKC Dedicated COVID Center. In addition to her clinical work, she contributes actively to clinical research on cardiac therapeutics and regularly publishes in reputable national medical journals .
