He earned his MBBS from Rural Medical College, Loni (Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences) and completed his postgraduate DNB in General Surgery from Kamineni Hospitals, Hyderabad. Driven by a commitment to surgical innovation, he pursued advanced fellowship training in Minimal Access Surgery, Advanced Laparoscopy, and specialized Bariatric & Metabolic Surgery at the renowned AZ Alma Hospital in Eeklo, Belgium, followed by an elite Fellowship in Advanced Hernia Surgery (Abdominal Wall Reconstruction).

Dr. Chaudhari has executed more than 10,000 successful surgeries, encompassing high-risk bariatric modifications, intricate abdominal wall reconstructions, complex gallbladder removals, and modern laser proctology treatments. He is widely recognized as a pioneer of Bariatric Surgery at the prestigious KEM Hospital in Mumbai, where he performed the institution's historical first Gastric Bypass procedure — establishing a definitive milestone and serving as a founding figure for the public healthcare bariatric program.

Currently, Dr. Chaudhari serves as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai.
